Plentitude Inc. provides asset management and property management services to the Plentitude Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) and Plentitude Real Estate Development Trust (PREDT).

The trusts are separate investment vehicles and are not owned by Plentitude Inc.PREIT is owned by its investors.
What Plentitude does
As asset manager, our role includes acquisition, financing, development oversight and ongoing management of the properties held by the trusts.

The project held by PREDT and shown on this website is West Harbour in Hamilton.
These are the trusts' projects. They are not Plentitude's assets.
Oversight
Plentitude's management of the trusts is subject to regulation by the Ontario Securities Commission.
